We are looking for a lease takeover (Nachmieter) from 1 April 2026 (or per agreement a bit later) for our 2.5-room apartment (approx. 64 m²) on the 6th floor with elevator in Bern Wankdorf. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to Wankdorf station—ideal for commuters.

Living: Bright living/dining area with access to the balcony. Kitchen: Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Bathroom: Large, level-access walk-in shower. Comfort: Floor heating; shared laundry on the same floor. Outdoor: Balcony for fresh air and light. Storage/Parking: No separate cellar/attic; parking by arrangement with the landlord (Studentlodge). Pets: Not allowed. Rent: CHF 1,690 net + CHF 190 utilities = CHF 1,880/month. Deposit: CHF 1,500.Furniture: The apartment is furnished, apart from the 2 Kallax and Optional takeover of the work desks and the black sofa (details upon request).Lease takeover: Seeking a solvent new tenant under the same conditions as the current contract.
