Affittare camera in un appartamento condiviso a Zürich

Hello, I am a (f/34) Primary school teacher with a dog, Winnie, and a cat, Penny. I am looking for someone to rent my upstairs spare room. I a bit about me. I've lived here for 2 years and love the apartment. I am fairly quite person and mostly keep to myself. I am happy to spend time with my roommate, just nothing forced. I enjoy working out, making pottery, reading, cooking, and going on hikes with my dog.

It is very spacious (about 30-40sqm) with a small storage room. It can easily be used as a little studio, with an office space and/or living room space with a bed. I have some furniture that can be left in the room if interested.

Room can be rented for short term or long term leases. Perfect for ETH students or employees.

The apartment is two floors with the spare room being upstairs with it's own private bathroom with a shower. You have a lot of privacy away from the main living space.

The apartment is very spacious with two large balconies. The kitchen has a lot of storage and counter space. There are 3 bathrooms, a private one for each tenant and a third for guest use.

The top floor has the spare room, bathroom, shared storage, my home gym (you are welcome to use), and my pottery space. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, living room, guest bathroom, my bedroom, and the two balconies.

On the ground floor of the building has a washer and dryer for the building. We do not have set days, you can do laundry whenever. There is also a bike storage room. Rent includes any additional costs such as internet and heating.

The apartment is tucked away on a quiet dead end street right up against the woods. It is very quiet, no church bells nearby 🙏🏻 just a creek you can hear if the windows are open.

The apt has easy connections to the city via busses 32, 61, or 62 at Zehntenhausplatz just a short 3 min walk away. There is also the Affoltern train station less than a ten minute walk. Coop, Migros, Dennner, pharmacy, post, and other shopping essentials are also around the Zehntenhausplatz intersection.
