Affittare camera in un appartamento condiviso a Zürich

Hi! :)
We are looking for a new roommate (F) for our shared flat (WG) from January 17th, 2026.
Our 3-person WG is located in Zürich Affoltern, in a very quiet yet central area, next to the forest!

It is well connected to public transport:
• 4 minutes to Zehntenhausplatz (Bus 32, 61/62 and 69)
• 10 minutes to Zürich Affoltern train station
ETH Hönggerberg is a 15-minute walk away; Uni Irchel/City Campus is 20 minutes by bus; and Zürich HB is 15–20 minutes by train.
The apartment is on the ground floor and includes a beautiful garden, one bathroom, a kitchen, a small living room, and 3 bedrooms. A basement storage room and a laundry room are also available.
The 11 m² room has direct access to the terrace and garden. It is rented furnished with a bed, closet, shelves, and lamps.
The rent is 900 CHF, including utilities, except electricity (EWZ), which is split separately.
It is possible to rent a parking spot for an additional 100 CHF.

Who we are
Davide, 26, is doing a Master’s in Earth System Sciences at UZH.
He is from Uster and speaks German, Italian, and English. He likes sports, drawing, and makes very good wraps.
Arnaud, 23, is doing a Master’s in Management at ETH.
He is from Guadeloupe and speaks French, English, and hopefully German soon. He enjoys being outdoors, painting, cooking, running, and working on farms.
We’re both vegetarian, clean, and respectful of each other’s privacy and needs. We also enjoy hanging out together.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and reliable person around our age, preferably a woman, ideally with WG experience and preferably vegetarian or vegan.
We would love someone open-minded who enjoys occasional shared dinners or activities, so not a purely functional WG :)
Cleaning and household tasks are shared fairly (cleaning plan, etc.). We care about keeping the place clean and organized and would like someone who also feels at home taking care of the house and garden. Please tell us your favorite plant! :)
