Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung für 4 Monate von Mai bis August, da wir auf Reisen sind.

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Quartier Wipkingen in hervorragender Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Sportangebote und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, hell und gemütlich, mit vielen klassischen Altbau-Details wie originalen Türen, Fischgrätparkett und hohen Räumen. Sie wurde 2025 frisch renoviert und bietet eine sehr angenehme Wohnatmosphäre.

Alle Möbel sowie die komplette Küchenausstattung stehen zur freien Nutzung zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich zur Miete kommen 200 CHF für sämtliche Nebenkosten: Strom, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Internet, Serafe etc. → sorgenfreies Wohnen ohne Zusatzaufwand.

Zur Wohnung gehört eine tolle Nachbarschaft sowie ein Garten zur Mitbenutzung mit Grillstelle. Ein Waschturm befindet sich im Keller. Vor der Haustür gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Blauen Zone.

Ideal für alle, die für ein paar Monate ein stilvolles, ruhiges und gleichzeitig zentral gelegenes Zuhause suchen.

We are subletting our beautiful apartment for 4 months from May to August, as we will be travelling during this time.

The apartment is located in the popular Wipkingen district, offering excellent connections throughout the city. Shops, cafés, sports facilities and everything needed for daily life are within walking distance.

The apartment is bright, cosy and tastefully furnished, featuring high-quality finishes and classic details such as original doors and herringbone parquet flooring. It was fully renovated in 2025 and offers a very comfortable and welcoming living atmosphere.

All furniture and complete kitchen equipment are available for use. In addition to the rent we charge 200 CHF, covering all utilities, internet, TV licence (Serafe) and other ancillary costs – allowing for worry-free living with no additional expenses.

You’ll enjoy a great neighbourhood and access to a shared garden with a barbecue area. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. There are various parking spaces in the blue zone directly in front of the building.
