I’m subletting my flatmate’s room in a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Zurich (Katzenbachstrasse 219, 8052) from March 1st to April end/mid May. The room is part of a bright, spacious 108m² apartment with two bathrooms (with a washing machine and dryer) and a fully equipped kitchen.
Details:
Rent: CHF 1400/month (all utilities included)
Deposit: CHF 500 (refundable end of April after inspection)
No smoking inside the apartment, no pets.
