Wir suchen jemanden, der Davids Zimmer von April bis Juni übernimmt. Da Kristina im Juni auch auszieht, suchen wir ab Juli jemanden, der die Wohnung als Hauptmieter übernimmt. Das Praktische: Kristina ist die meiste Zeit beruflich unterwegs – du hast die Wohnung also quasi schon jetzt für dich, auch wenn du zunächst nur das Zimmer mietest. Eine ideale Chance, um eine schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung langfristig zu übernehmen und dabei anfangs noch Geld zu sparen.

🏡 Die Wohnung (ab 01.07.):
· 3.5 Zimmer, ca. 95m², durchgehend Parkett
· 2 Bäder (Bad + Gäste-WC)
· Balkon (Zugang via Küche & Wohnzimmer)
· Separate grosse Küche mit Reduit
· Wohnzimmer voll eingerichtet (übernehmbar für CHF 500, VB)
Extras: Saugroboter, TV, Nintendo Switch, Balkonmöbel – alles vorhanden!
Wir platzieren dich direkt bei der Verwaltung – du wirst also problemlos als Hauptmieter übernommen.

Hello, we're David (26) and Kristina (27).
We're looking for someone to take over David's room from April to June. Since Kristina is also moving out in June, we're looking for someone to take over the entire apartment as the main tenant from July onwards. The practical part: Kristina is away for work most of the time – so you'll basically have the apartment to yourself already, even though you're initially just renting the room. An ideal opportunity to take over a beautiful and well-located apartment long-term while saving some money at the start.

· 2 bathrooms (main bathroom + guest WC)
· Balcony (accessible from kitchen & living room)
· Separate large kitchen with storage room
· Fully furnished living room (can be taken over for CHF 500, negotiable)
Extras: robot vacuum, TV, Nintendo Switch, balcony furniture – everything's there!
We'll place you directly with the property management – you'll be taken over as the main tenant without any issues.
