In our 3-person shared flat on Kolosseumstrasse in St. Gallen, one room is available. The apartment is ideal for an individual looking to join a friendly and relaxed shared flat. It is located on the 4th floor in a quiet area, bright, and fully furnished. You can choose between two rooms, depending on your preference. Option 1 – approx. 12 m² Quiet, cozy room with a window facing the inner courtyard and a view of the surrounding hills. Can be taken over unfurnished or with selected furniture. Rent: 495 CHF per month Additional costs: Internet approx. 13 CHF, electricity approx. 13 CHF

Option 2 – approx. 16 m² Large, bright room with a wide view over the city and plenty of natural daylight. Can be taken over unfurnished or furnished. Rent: 565 CHF per month Additional costs: Internet approx. 13 CHF, electricity approx. 13 CHF

Note: The PhD student currently living in the larger room is happy to move to the smaller room if the new flatmate prefers the bigger one.

The Apartment The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and fully furnished. The kitchen was renovated about two years ago and features a ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, as well as a small dining table for shared meals. It is fully equipped with all common kitchen utensils. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, a large dining table, and a TV, making it ideal for relaxed evenings or spending time together. The bathroom has also been renovated and is well maintained. It includes a bathtub with shower function, sink with mirror cabinet, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building. In addition, a storage compartment in the attic belongs to the apartment.

Location The apartment is well connected yet situated in a quiet area. A bus stop with direct connections to the university and the city center is about 200 meters away. St. Gallen St. Fiden train station can be reached within a 3-minute walk. A large Migros supermarket is only one minute away. The University of St. Gallen and the city center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
