3 mins away from tram stop Ueberlandpark, with tram 7 and 9;
7 mins to Milchbuck
8 mins to UZH Irchel
10 mins to Oerlikon
15 mins to ETH Zentrum
18 mins to center (Zurich HB).
5 mins walk to Migros, Coop, Denner...
10 minutes to Stettbach.

The room is well equipped, but furniture needs to be taken over. This includes:

1 chair
2 cabinets
There will be a small one-time payment to take over the furniture.

⚠️ Important: The building is scheduled to be demolished after May 31. However, you will sign the contract directly with WFSS (official housing company), therefore could register in Zurich canton. They will assist you in finding a new place afterwards and you will have the priority to get their new housing sources (but it cannot be guaranteed).

We are a shared flat of five people in total.
Besides you, there are:
Two male physics students (very easygoing)
One female CS student
One male biology exchange student

We are very international, friendly, responsible, and respectful.

A very large common room
A balcony facing the garden
