Room Available in JUWO WG — Zurich, Militärstrasse

Hi! I’m leaving my room as I no longer meet JUWO’s criteria, so the WG is looking for a new flatmate.

The room is on the second floor of the building, quite big (around 18sqm), and has a really nice feel with the floor and the wooden details. I will take most of my furniture with me but will sell/leave some of the stuff (bed, desk, a shelf, ceiling lamp) for a reasonable price (max 100 CHF). There are two other flatmates living on the same floor who will share the bathroom with you. The bathroom is large, bright and was recently renovated. The WG is furnished.

We are looking for: A friendly, considerate person who keeps common areas tidy and cares about shared living. Our WG is a safe space—no racism, sexism, LGBTQIA+ discrimination, or ableism.

You’ll live with 16 students/interns, a colourful mix of Swiss and internationals. We’re a friendly, social group, and the flat has an amazing terrace (actually multiple) and garden to enjoy a coffee or have some friends over. We enjoy relaxed shared time (cooking, terrace, Letten swims) while also respecting privacy and quiet moments. The location is very central—Militärstrasse, close to Langstrasse and Zürich HB—busy on weekends but super convenient and in a lively area.
