Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Balkon direkt beim Klusplatz

Since I found a new apartment closer to my workplace, I’m looking for someone to take over my room – only 2 minutes walking distance from Klusplatz.
The room is 22m², very sunny and has its own private balcony, which is truly a highlight.
In addition, there is a small shared balcony connected to the kitchen.
You would be living with:
– a 21-year-old architecture student from Austria
– a 26-year-old working professional from Spain (gastronomy)
The flat share is uncomplicated, respectful and harmonious – everyone has their own rhythm, but it’s a good and easy atmosphere.
The rent is CHF 1’290 all included.
Depending on the deposit model, the rent can slightly increase (+50 / +100 CHF).
Ideally, I would like to hand over the room from March – preferably as soon as possible.
Since I only recently moved in, I have a new 160x200 bed (including mattress) and a wardrobe, which I would be happy to sell for a fair price – preferably to someone who is willing to take over the furniture.

Da ich eine neue Wohnung näher an meinem Arbeitsplatz gefunden habe, suche ich jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernehmen möchte – nur 2 Gehminuten vom Klusplatz entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist 22m² gross, sehr sonnig und hat einen eigenen privaten Balkon, was wirklich ein Highlight ist.
Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen gemeinsamen Balkon bei der Küche.
Du würdest zusammenwohnen mit:
– einem 21-jährigen Architekturstudenten aus Österreich
– einem 26-jährigen Berufstätigen aus Spanien (Gastronomie)
Die WG ist unkompliziert, respektvoll und harmonisch – jeder hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus, aber man versteht sich gut.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 1’290 alles inklusive.
Je nach Kautionsmodell kann sich die Miete leicht anpassen (+50 / +100 CHF).
Ich würde das Zimmer idealerweise ab März übergeben – gerne so früh wie möglich. Am besten bist du zwischen 20-35 Jahre alt.
Da ich erst vor Kurzem eingezogen bin, habe ich ein neues 160x200 Bett (inkl. Matratze) sowie einen Kleiderschrank, die ich gerne gegen einen fairen Preis weitergeben würde – bevorzugt an jemanden, der die Möbel übernimmt.
