1049 CHF und 1091 CHF (Teil der Mieten werden für gemeinschaftliche Ausgaben (Lebensmittel etc) ausgegeben)

Mietvertrag läuft Ende Juni aus.
Wir sind Verena (29), Antione (31) und Andreas (40). Im Moment suchen wir nach mindestens zwei Mitbewohner*innen für unsere schöne Haus-WG am Zürichberg mit Garten und Feuerstelle.
Uns ist ein Zusammenleben in Gemeinschaft wichtig. Wir kochen und essen zirka zweimal die Woche gemeinsam, machen gerne Filmabende und mindestens zweimal im Jahr eine grosse Party im Garten.
Sonst ist es tagsüber oft auch sehr ruhig, weil wir alle arbeiten oder studieren und das Haus sehr gross ist.
Wir sind: Verena: Filmemacherin, Zhdk-studi, Kaffee-Junkie hat oft Partysehnsucht. Antoine: arbeitet an der ETH in der Forschung, schmeisst mit Witzen um sich und liebt Berge. Andreas: Programmiert, gerade Japan aber kommt bald wieder und wir vermissen schon seine sanfte Art, sein schönes Basel-Deutsch und seine Schokolade.
Leider läuft unser Mietvertrag Ende Juni aus. Die Zimmer sind im Februar schon frei, März ist aber auch eine Option.

We are Verena (29), Antoine (31), and Andreas (40). At the moment, we’re looking for at least two new flatmates for our lovely house WG on Zürichberg, with a garden and a fire place.
Living together as a community is important to us. We like to cook and eat together about twice a week, enjoy movie nights, and (of course) throw a big garden party at least twice a year.
During the day, however, it’s often very quiet, since we all work or study and the house is quite big.
About us:
Verena is a filmmaker, studies at ZHdK, is a coffee junkie, and often feels the urge to party.
Antoine works in research at ETH, is constantly throwing around with jokes, and loves the mountains.
Andreas is a programmer, currently in Japan but coming back soon—we already miss his gentle nature, his beautiful Basel German, and his chocolate.
Unfortunately, our lease ends at the end of June. The rooms are already available in February, but March is also an option.
