Affittare camera in un appartamento condiviso a Zürich

I am renting out a bedroom in my shared apartment. You will live with myself, a 34 year old young professional working in a bank. I have been in Switzerland for 5.5 years, originally from the UK.

I am an easy going relaxed person who enjoys all sports - skiing, golf, tennis, rugby, football. I also like to occasionally host friends for a dinner or drinks, once a month. I also value privacy and my bedroom is at one end of the apartment with my own bathroom. You will have your own bathroom beside your bedroom at the other end of the house. We will be able to have our own privacy when needed. As well as use of all the shared spaces together. I am quite often out of the house or away at weekends, so you will have time to relax on your own in the evenings and weekends.

The apartment is super modern with all the latest appliances. The apartment is fully furnished and everything is available for you to use. I have TV, cooking utensils, pans, pots, cutlery, glassware. There is also a washing machine and drier in the apartment which is super convenient. I can also be flexible with the bedroom if you have your own furniture to bring with you.

There is also a car parking space available to rent for 200chf per month if required.

The move date is also flexible if you would like to move before the 1st April.
