Your roommage will be a female PhD student at ETH studying cell biology. The room is furnished with a bed, set of drawers, book shelf, chair, and table. There is one shared washing machine and dryer in the cellar, with storage room as well. Bike parking space is available in the basement. The apartment is 1 minute walk from the bus stop for bus number 61, 62, 32 and 37. There are Coop, Migros, Denner and Maxim GmBh stores within 3-4 minutes of walking radius. ETH Hönggerberg is 1.5 km away. Net rent is Fr. 811.5/month, including utilities (wifi, electricity, etc.). Since you're gonna rent the room for approx. 2 weeks, the rent will be counted proportionally. Looking for a female, ideally studying/working. Thanks!
